The magazine focuses on stories of interest to humanists in Australia and covers issues such as sustainability, current campaigns, interviews, reviews and expert commentary.

The Australian Humanist magazine was first published in the 1960s in the first wave of the humanist movement in Australia. A vital source of connection for the humanist community the magazine is still printed in hard copy and sent to any member who requests it.
